Our diagnostic guidance is intended to identify common gaps and suggest practical pathways; it is not a substitute for consultation with qualified health and safety professionals, legal advisors, or regulatory authorities specific to your jurisdiction and facility type.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Spanish law, Hygiene Diagnostics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunity, or reputation, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Hygiene Diagnostics in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty euros (€50), whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
